According to the official website of the International Air Transport Association, Oman lifted all entry restrictions related to the COVID-19 epidemic on May 22nd.

This means that tourists entering Oman will not need to provide COVID-19 vaccination certificate, rehabilitation certificate or negative results of nucleic acid test, and will not need to undergo quarantine after entering Oman, and the entry procedures will be restored before the outbreak.
