Step 1: Download the "Tianjin Public Security" mobile APP. Search and download the "Tianjin Public Security" mobile APP in major mobile application markets, and click "Introducing talents to settle down" on the APP homepage to submit the application online.

After applying, you will receive a text message informing you of the processing address, and you will go to the district where your appointment is to be settled.

Step 2: Take the materials to the administrative licensing service center notified by SMS to apply for registration

After arriving at the address, a joint review of the materials will be conducted. Public security, education, human resources and social security, just follow the instructions and verify the materials in sequence. Some service centers have a special pre-examination place. These three departments also check your materials manually and do not enter them into the computer.
