Focus on the fight against SARS, vigorously strengthen mass propaganda and mobilization, unite people's hearts, unite strength, get rid of bad habits, advocate civilization, provide strong ideological guarantee and spiritual motivation for winning the fight against SARS, and lay a solid foundation for improving the level of civilized unit construction. In order to further promote the study of the spiritual knowledge of the 16th CPC National Congress, we will organize the "Learning the Spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress and Building a Civilized Western City ―― the Spiritual Knowledge Competition of the 16th CPC National Congress". After the attack of SARS, the unit set up a leading group for SARS prevention and control, and made careful arrangements for the prevention and control of SARS. At the same time, actively participate in social propaganda work. During the fight against SARS, we set off the climax of "Environmental Hygiene Week" with the theme of "Clean the environment, prevent and control SARS, love my family and ensure health", and called on employees to start from individuals, start from the side and start from small things, and consciously safeguard personal hygiene, family hygiene and public hygiene.
