Delay in receiving SMS by mobile phone

You can refer to the delay processing method of receiving messages by vivo mobile phone software:

1. Go to phone settings-battery to see if Sleep Mode is on. Since the program will receive background messages intermittently at night after this function is turned on, you can turn it off to observe and use it.

2. Change the network environment or switch to view the network;

3. Please try again at another time (excluding server reasons);

4. Enter Settings-Applications and Permissions/More Settings-Application Management-Find Software-Store-Clear Data;

Funtouch OS 9 (excluding) the following models: Need to enter Settings-More Settings-Apply-All, clear data.

5. Go to phone settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and reset/restore factory settings-Restore all settings (this operation will not delete the data in the phone).
