Restricted areas:

All roads within the East Third Ring Road (107 auxiliary road), South Third Ring Road, West Third Ring Road, and North Third Ring Road (all excluding this road).

Travel restrictions:

Limited to two numbers per day on working days. That is: motor vehicles whose last Arabic digits are 1 and 6 are restricted on Mondays, 2 and 7 are restricted on Tuesday, 3 and 8 are restricted on Wednesday, 4 and 9 are restricted on Thursday, and 5 and 0 are restricted on Friday.
