There are some problems in this year's physical examination that need to be reviewed. I made an appointment with a very ordinary doctor and suggested doing it separately. I made an appointment for a gastroscope first. There is no need to prepare anything in the early stage, just an empty stomach. I threw up when I first entered the gastroscope room. The doctor said I hadn't done it yet, and then handed me a small bottle of medicine, which was a little unpalatable and stuck in my throat like drinking lubricant. Causing vomiting, very uncomfortable. It soon recovered. It looked fine for about 5 minutes, but with the continuous insertion, I vomited violently three times. The doctor told me to take a deep breath. After breathing is adjusted evenly, it really works, and it is not so bad. After checking for about 15-20 minutes, I felt vomiting 3-4 times as a whole. The feeling of vomiting is still very uncomfortable, but it's okay.

It's a little troublesome to prepare colonoscopy because of bowel cleaning. Try to drink some porridge the night before and don't eat small seed food. It was a little challenging to drink two bottles of medicine and 3000 ml of water before 7-9 in the morning, but it was okay, not as uncomfortable as I thought, and I didn't feel collapsed when I went to the toilet. I can't eat at noon, because I can only check in the afternoon, and I feel hungry. In this way, the consequence of being hungry is that I am not so hungry. The first woman who went in for inspection soon came out screaming, which frightened me. Is it really so uncomfortable to see the doctor ask quickly? The doctor smiled and said that the lady had corrected it a little, and it was finally my turn around 2: 30. The doctor asked me to go to the toilet again. At first, colonoscopy was nothing, neither painful nor uncomfortable. With the continuous insertion of the tube, there were three unbearable pains in the middle, but it was not very painful, just a little painful.

To sum up, gastroscopy does not need to be prepared, just don't eat in the morning. Colonoscopy preparation is more troublesome. You can't eat in the morning, and the discomfort of gastroscope is higher than that of colonoscopy.
