How to cancel the postal SMS deduction service?

1. In the Postal Savings Bank app, click the "My" option, then click "Settings", then enter the "SMS notification" service, and finally click "Close" on the SMS notification page.

2. You can directly call the customer service phone number 95580 of the Postal Savings Bank and follow the prompts to cancel the operation.

3. Check whether postal savings card has deducted the SMS fee first. If yes, it is recommended to use it for one year and then cancel it. If you do it without knowing it, you can also contact the manual customer service to ask for a refund.
