Why can't I send text messages when QQ is unfrozen?

This is a normal phenomenon. If there is no problem during thawing, there are generally three reasons that will lead to thawing failure.

1, the cell phone signal is bad, and the text message was sent but not received by Tencent's server, so the unfreezing page will prompt that the text message was not sent and needs to be sent again. To do this, just wait for a while or change to a place with good signal.

2. The network speed of the webpage is too slow, and a mobile phone authentication SMS was sent, but the webpage cache was refreshed slowly, which led to the slow feedback of the server information, which led to the unfreezing failure and forced the SMS to be sent again. The solution is as above.

Tencent's server is out of breath. Although I received the short message, due to too many background services, this message was not answered in time, which will also lead to the failure of unfreezing and resending the short message. Just try it for a while during off-peak hours.
