The message of wechat doesn't ring. What happened?

If there is no prompt tone in the message on WeChat, it may bring trouble to your work and life. If you are using an OPPO mobile phone (ColorOS system), I suggest you check it again according to the following methods ~

1. Turn off mute mode.

Go to Settings > Sound and Vibration >: Mute: Turn off the mute switch, and adjust the volume under the volume adjustment to the appropriate position to see if it is improved.

2. Turn off Do Not Disturb mode

Go to Settings > Sound and Vibration >: Do Not Disturb Turn off Do Not Disturb and see if there is any improvement.

3. Check whether the mobile phone notification tone is set.

Go to "Settings > Sound and Vibration > Notification Ringtone > Select Ringtone" to see if there is any improvement.

4. Confirm whether WeChat closes the permission notification.

Press and hold the "WeChat" APP icon, and enter "Application Information/Application Details > Notification Management > Open Allow Notification > Click the corresponding text below (new message, other, audio and video call invitation notification) > Open Allow Notification Switch";

If you turn on the "Set as unimportant notification" switch, you can try to turn it off.

5. Set the prompt tone of WeChat notification.

Press and hold the "WeChat" APP icon to enter "Application Information/Application Details > Notification Management > Open Allow Notification > Click the corresponding text below (new message, other, audio and video call invitation notification) > Set ringtone".

6. Confirm whether to disable mobile data and wireless LAN.

Long press the "WeChat" APP icon to enter "Application Information/Application Details"; "Traffic Usage/Traffic Consumption" turns off to disable mobile data and WLAN switch, and turns on data that can be used in the background.

7. Confirm whether to disable the behavior of allowing the foreground to wake up and allowing the whole background.

Long press the "WeChat" APP icon to enter "Application Information/Application Details"; Power Management turns on a switch that allows the foreground to wake up and allows full background behavior. "

8. Try to empty the WeChat cache data.

Long press the "WeChat" APP icon to enter "Application Information/Application Details"; Storage usage > clear cache.

9. Check whether other devices are logged in.

If other devices, such as tablets and computers, log in to your current account, it is recommended to cancel the tablet/computer account to see if you can receive the notification.

10. Confirm whether application hiding is turned on.

(1)ColorOS 12 and above, enter "Settings >; Permissions and Privacy > Privacy Protection > Application Hiding > Enter Privacy Password > Select Application > Turn Off Switch (Turn off "Start Password Verification") ";

(2) ColorOS version 7.2- 1 1.3 mobile phone enters "Settings >; Privacy (Security) > Apply Hide > Enter Privacy Password > Select Apply > Turn Off Switch (Turn off "Start Password Verification").

12. Confirm whether the power saving mode is turned on.

Go to settings > battery > power saving mode to turn off power saving mode.

13. Confirm whether the mobile phone system and WeChat version are the latest versions.

It is recommended to update to the latest version.
