Why can't the secondary card share free SMS with the primary card?

Different types of daughter cards have different shared resource ranges. For example, the national primary and secondary cards of Sichuan Unicom (one package) can share voice, data traffic, short MMS and the traffic ordered by the primary card, while the secondary cards cannot share voice, traffic and short MMS presented by the primary card. If your secondary card can't share the free SMS of the main card, it doesn't rule out that it is caused by the free SMS of the system.
