Register and download and install

To use Zoom, you need to register an account at the official Chinese website of Zoom first. After successful registration, you can download the Zoom software, which supports Windows, iOS and Android versions.

Initiate a conference

Open the Zoom on your mobile phone or computer, the home interface displayed after logging in, and click the first video meeting icon in the center, and a video conference can be successfully initiated in three seconds. Each video conference has a unique 9-to 11-digit digital conference ID, which is displayed in the upper left corner of the title bar of the Zoom window.

join the conference

Join the conference quickly. Participants log in to the Zoom and home interface, click the Join icon to join the conference, and enter the 9-11 digit conference ID to enter the video conference and start to participate in the video conference.

sharing screens and files in the conference

participants in the conference can share screen contents and screen operation demonstrations. After joining the video conference, there is the Share Screen option at the bottom of the window. Click the button to select the screen window that you want to share with everyone. The humanized design of Zoom effectively protects personal information. Other participants can only see the screen of the window that is selected for sharing, but the content of the window that the sharer opens cannot be seen by other members.

The screen sharing function is in progress, and it supports functions such as brush marking, paragraph selection, network link jump demonstration, color selection and cancellation. Selecting a laser pointer can be used for text paragraph selection and network connection access; The fountain pen and pen function can be used for key marking and graffiti. At present, the screen sharing function in Zoom video conference is only supported by pc and iphone versions.

After the meeting event reservation is completed, Zoom automatically generates a draft meeting information email, and can directly add the email address of the participants to send the meeting information for memo notification.
