1. Recruitment positions, responsibilities and application conditions

(1) Micro-loan account manager position

Full-time service to micro-credit, small businesses and Individual industrial and commercial households provide comprehensive comprehensive financial services, including but not limited to customer marketing, loan surveys, customer maintenance, etc.

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, marketing management and other related majors;

2. Applicants with more than 2 years of work experience, banking experience or certain customer resources Priority is given;

(2) Back-end support position

Full-time responsible for the middle and back-end work of the micro-loan business, including but not limited to entering data, signing contracts, handling mortgage (pledge) registration, and organizing files and daily comprehensive affairs management.

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, "211" and "985" engineering colleges are preferred;

(3) Collection Manager Position

Responsible for the operation and management of the collection center, including but not limited to organizing the collection of overdue and non-performing loans within the jurisdiction, and directly intervening in collection matters for key accounts.

1. Bachelor degree or above in law, finance, economics or related majors;

2. More than 4 years of work experience, including working in credit and asset preservation in financial institutions, or in Engaged in legal work in other institutions for more than 3 years;

3. Familiar with national financial laws and regulations and bank internal operating procedures, with strong communication skills and comprehensive writing skills; serious work, sense of responsibility, and certain management experience ;

(4) Collection Specialist Post

Responsible for collecting risky loans full-time, including but not limited to legal methods such as negotiation, legal proceedings and arbitration, and following up on court openings and seizures and implementation matters.

1. Bachelor degree or above in law, finance, economics or related majors;
