There is a handwritten mark in word, but it can't be opened.

There is a stylus icon in word but it can't be clicked, indicating that this function has no permission, or this function can't be used in this state. The steps of using a stylus in word are as follows:

On the operating system desktop, click Word Document to enter.

Enter the main interface of Word document, click the Office button in the upper left corner, and select the Word option to enter.

In the Word options dialog box that pops up, switch to custom options.

Click the drop-down box to select a command from the following location, and select the Ink Tool Pen tab option.

Click the pen option, and then click the Add button.

In the Word document interface, you can see the stylus function button in the upper left corner.
