Why didn't anyone reply to the resume of Zhaopin?

It's common to submit your resume on Zhaopin, and no one will reply. There are generally three reasons:

1. Resume failed to be selected by brush.

Every enterprise will receive a large number of resumes after publishing recruitment information. General enterprise HR will brush off a part and then reply to the appropriate job seeker. 2. Enterprise HR hasn't had time to brush and select resumes.

The longer the general recruitment position is published, the greater the amount of resumes received. If the HR of the enterprise has limited time to brush the selection because of the large amount of resumes, then it is possible that your resume has not been seen by HR, and of course you have not received a reply.

3. Resume sending failed.

When you submitted your resume, you didn't. In this case, the enterprise will not receive your resume. The natural enterprise HR will not reply to you either.
