The latest regulations of overseas returnees in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province

1. People outside the province (returning to China): Take the initiative to declare 24 hours in advance through the WeChat search "Chaoyang Gezibao" applet, fill in the itinerary and health information truthfully, and cooperate with various health management measures. If the epidemic spread due to failure to report voluntarily, relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to law. Those who come (return) to the DPRK within 7 days who have traveled outside the province should conduct free nucleic acid testing at transportation hubs, namely airports, high-speed railway station and expressways. For special reasons, if the site sampling is not carried out in the transportation hub, the nucleic acid detection should be carried out within 24 hours of arrival in the DPRK.

2. Persons with overseas life history: those who have completed 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation at the place of first entry will be monitored for 3 days in China, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out on the third day of health monitoring.

3. Those who have lived in high-risk areas in China for 7 days: centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days, centralized isolation medical observation 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days 1 nucleic acid detection. The management period starts from leaving the risk area, and the accommodation expenses are self-care.

4. Those who have lived in a medium-risk area in China for 7 days: 7 days of home isolation medical observation, 4 and 7 days of home isolation medical observation 1 nucleic acid detection, and the management period starts from leaving the risk area.

5. Those who have lived in low-risk areas in China for 7 days: Two nucleic acid tests should be completed within 3 days after arriving in the DPRK, with an interval of more than 24 hours, and health monitoring should be done well.
