1. The crowded places referred to in this notice include, but are not limited to, enterprise workshops, construction sites, various canteens, shopping malls and supermarkets, medical institutions, nursing homes, mental hospitals, special education schools, etc. that carry out normal business activities during the epidemic prevention and control period. Public security supervision places, government service centers, district designated reception hotels, and business places in banking, communications, gas and other industries.

2. During the epidemic period, all personnel in nursing homes, mental hospitals, special education schools, and public security supervision places in the region are not allowed to enter or leave, and they are not allowed to have contact with outsiders. Staff should eat and live in the facilities around the clock and are not allowed to go to the facilities without permission. Leave; relevant management and service personnel should be isolated in a centralized manner and stick to their posts. Other crowded places should follow the relevant requirements for zoning and hierarchical management, and adopt measures such as fully closed management, relatively closed management, and strict control management based on actual conditions to ensure that epidemic prevention and control measures are implemented in detail.

3. Each crowded place should follow the relevant regulations on the classification management and control of returning employees, implement the main responsibilities of the host unit, formulate prevention and control measures for the place and personnel, and implement them seriously. All crowded places should strictly implement isolation control measures for work and service personnel as required, and register the health information of relevant personnel. During the quarantine period, quarantined returnees must stay in a single room, eat alone, and are not allowed to have contact with others. Those holding health passes for people returning to work and school in Shandong Province will no longer be subject to quarantine observation.

4. Each crowded place should set up a sign at a conspicuous location at the entrance, requiring those entering to wear masks. Anyone without a mask will not be allowed to enter. Temperature detection points should be set up at appropriate locations in all crowded places. Persons without body temperature measurement or whose body temperature is ≥37.3°C are not allowed to enter. Those with suspected symptoms such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, etc. should be sent to the doctor in a timely manner. People entering crowded places should consciously comply and actively cooperate.

5. Organizers of various crowded places should equip employees with necessary protective equipment and require employees to wear masks throughout the process to strengthen personal protection.

6. All crowded places should carry out regular disinfection and disinfection of the internal and external environment, related facilities and equipment, garbage collection points, etc., use air conditioners, elevators and other equipment according to regulations, keep the environment hygienic and clean, and carry out garbage collection in a timely manner. transport. Individuals entering crowded places should develop good hygiene habits, refrain from touching things randomly, and wash hands frequently.

7. Each crowded place should scientifically and reasonably control the scale and density of people flow, do a good job in guiding and diverting people, avoid gathering of people, and maintain good ventilation in the place. All crowded places should set up a "one-meter safety distance" line at entrances, exits, cashiers and other areas where people need to wait in line, and the distance between people should be more than 1 meter.

8. Staff dormitories in crowded places should maintain indoor air circulation, open windows for ventilation every day, and strengthen preventive disinfection. In crowded places, dining management should be strengthened, meals should be served at different times, and separate meals should be dispersed to reduce gatherings of people.

9. The designated reception hotels in the district should strengthen the management of visitors, including single rooms and separate dining. If people from outside the province who live in designated reception hotels really need to go out, they must obtain approval from the business department in charge, and special vehicles will be provided for pick-up and point-to-point activities. The driver of the private car should stay and dine at the designated reception hotel at the same time. People who live in designated reception hotels should try their best to arrange work by phone, video, etc. If they really need to receive guests, the designated reception hotel will arrange a special reception room. The number of guests should not exceed 3 people, and the reception time should be strictly controlled. Disinfect promptly after use. Designated reception hotels should conduct body temperature checks and register visitors.

10. All crowded places should publicize scientific epidemic prevention knowledge and public health knowledge through broadcasts, announcements, etc., and guide the general public to enhance their awareness of self-protection.

11. The general public must actively cooperate with relevant departments and implement relevant prevention and control measures to ensure life safety and social stability. For business units and individuals that fail to implement relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control as required, they will be punished in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases", the "Emergency Response Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Criminal Law" and other laws and regulations Hold accountable.

12. The implementation of prevention and control measures in various crowded places is the responsibility of industry authorities. Industrial and communication companies are responsible for the district industry and information bureau, and construction sites and gas companies are responsible for the district housing and urban construction bureau. The district commerce bureau is responsible for shopping malls, supermarkets and hotels, the district health bureau is responsible for medical institutions and mental hospitals, the district civil affairs bureau is responsible for nursing homes, the district education and sports bureau is responsible for special education schools, and the district administrative examination and approval service bureau is responsible for government service centers. After other crowded places resume normal operations, industry authorities will be responsible for supervising the implementation of prevention and control measures.

This notice shall come into effect on the date of issuance.
