How to repair video screenshots with PS

If you want a clear video picture, you'd better use video editing software instead of screenshots. Or you can use the prtsc screenshot button that comes with your computer, which should be clearer. If you shoot a computer screen with a SLR, don't shoot it. Use the screen capture button that came with your computer. If you shoot the mobile phone screen with a SLR, it will be better to sharpen it with PS after shooting.
