How to query the blacklist of dishonesty

1. We only need to open any search engine and enter keywords such as "information publication and query of the list of people who have been executed in breach of trust in national courts" or "query of people who have been executed in breach of trust" in the search bar.

2. In the browser search results, select "China Executive Information Open Network" and click Enter.

3. On the homepage of the website of "China Executive Information Open Network", there is a very conspicuous "Comprehensive Inquiry of Executed Persons" button, click to enter.

4. Enter the name of the person you want to inquire, and the ID number or organization code. After entering the verification code, click the "Query" button to display the results.

5. If the inquired person is a faithless person, his relevant information will appear at the bottom of the inquiry page. If it is not, the page is blank, and the words "Search No Results" will not be prompted.

Secondly, according to the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court Municipality on Publishing the Information of the List of Executed Persons with Dishonesty", if the executed person fails to fulfill the obligations specified in the effective legal documents and has one of the following circumstances, the people's court shall include it in the list of executed persons with dishonesty and impose credit punishment on it according to law:

(1) Having the ability to perform and refusing to perform the obligations specified in the effective legal documents; (2) Obstructing or resisting execution by forging evidence, violence or threats;

(3) evading execution by means of false litigation, false arbitration or concealing or transferring property; (4) Violating the property reporting system; (5) Violating the consumption restriction order;

(6) refusing to perform the settlement agreement without justifiable reasons.
