Why can't I see or hear the message when I send the verification code? I have to quit and see what's going on.

If you don't receive SMS or verification code, it may exist in the following situations:

1. Check whether the mailbox is full. If yes, please delete some information.

2. If you still can't get it after deleting it, I suggest you change the machine or card to see if it is a hardware reason.

3. Check whether it is intercepted by mobile phone interception software.

4. Check whether the cell phone signal is normal and try to test whether it can be received in other places. After the above reasons are eliminated, it still cannot be used normally. Please contact the local manual customer service to handle this problem.

Setting 2.0

(1) Open the phone settings button, find and click the general function.

(2) After entering, drop-down search and click the restore option, as shown in the figure.

(3) In the restored page, find the third option: Restore network settings, and click.

(4) Click the pop-up window at the bottom of the page and click Restore Network Settings.

(5) After the mobile phone is turned off and restarted, the network signal appears again.
