Guo Rong permanent magnet project in Yixing, Jiangsu started. Jiangsu Guo Huai Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guo Huai Company) and Jiangsu Guo Rong Permanent Magnet Power Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit in our hospital on April 20, 2008. During the trial of this case, the plaintiff voluntarily applied to withdraw the lawsuit against the defendant Jiangsu Guorongyong Magnetic Power Co., Ltd., and the court verbally ruled that it was allowed. The plaintiff attended the lawsuit in court, but the defendant Guo Huai Company failed to attend the lawsuit after being summoned by our court. The case has now been closed.
