Are there any laws and regulations about small advertisements?

First, it is forbidden for any unit or individual to illegally post or spray small advertisements on urban buildings, structures, municipal facilities and urban trees.

Four, illegal posting, spraying small advertisements, if the circumstances are serious, in violation of the "Regulations of the people's Republic of China on administrative penalties for public security", the public security organs shall be punished according to law.

Five, the city's organs, enterprises and institutions and individual industrial and commercial households to clean up the buildings, structures, windows and commercial facades illegally posted and sprayed small advertisements. Small advertisements illegally posted and sprayed on residents' upstairs shall be cleaned up by community organizations.
