People's Insurance Company of China (PICC) recently launched the "Electronic Surveyor" function of "Pocket PICC", a self-service client based on mobile phone, which can help car owners easily realize vehicle survey and insurance services, effectively saving time and cost.

Customers who have installed PICC telephone auto insurance "Pocket Life Insurance" software and registered on their mobile phones can call PICC 955 18 to complete the vehicle survey by "Electronic Surveyor" in case of danger that does not involve personal injury or material loss and the accident vehicle can run normally. The whole operation can be easily realized in three steps and ten minutes:

Step 1, select unilateral and multi-party accident type selection;

Step 2, according to the system example, the scene of the accident, the missing parts of the vehicle and related documents are photographed and uploaded to the system;

Step 3: Within 5 minutes, you will receive the confirmation message sent by PICC telephone auto insurance company. After passing the inspection, you can leave the scene.

The whole process takes about 10 minutes from the report to the end, which greatly improves the service efficiency and saves the owner's time. PICC's telephone car insurance personnel said that in addition to saving time and simple and clear intelligent operation, the survey process was completed through the main mobile phone without the participation of third-party personnel.
