Login Baidu Know → My Know (upper right corner) → My Settings (lower left corner) → Personal Information → Contact Information → Set Reminder Message. The first one is "receiving the answer by SMS" and the second one is "receiving the answer by email". If you want to delete that, please tick it off and save it.
