Telecom credit line inquiry method:

1. Open the website of China Telecom Huan go and click "Self-service" in the navigation menu bar.

2. In the interface, drop down the page and stop the mouse in the column of "Expense Inquiry". If the "Credit Inquiry" item is not found, please click "More".

3. In the selection list of all self-service functions, drop down the page to account management. If "Credit Inquiry" is not displayed in "Account Management", please click the "More" button on the right side of the "Account Management" column.

4. At this time, all self-service functions of the "Account Management" category are displayed, and "Credit Query" can be easily found.

5. After logging in with your own mobile phone number and customer password, select the correct mobile phone number in "What number to query now", and the system will display "Current credit limit", and the query is successful.
