Can I withdraw the money from my account? Will ABC send the wrong message? The main reasons why customers do not have SMS notification service, but always receive SMS messages about account changes of our bank are:

1. It may be because the counter staff registered the customer's mobile phone number incorrectly during the registration process;

2. It is also possible that the customer opened the SMS notification service before and later cancelled the mobile phone number, but did not cancel the SMS notification service at ABC. Other customers who bought this number will receive an account change message from ABC, which has nothing to do with it.

3. If the mobile phone number is occupied, you need to delete the mobile phone number (including the mobile phone number being occupied by others when signing the contract, or receiving a short message from others by mistake).

Individual customers must go to any business outlets notified by SMS of the Head Office in person and provide the following materials (customers in Beijing, Guangxi and Hunan need to go to the counters within the jurisdiction of tier-one branches):. Original valid identification. If the customer holds the mobile phone number for three months, he must hold the mobile phone payment list issued by the operator for three consecutive months; If the customer has held the mobile phone number for less than three months, he must hold the information receipt issued by the operator when purchasing the number as proof.

Note: This transaction only deletes the duplicate mobile phone numbers under all other customers' names, but does not delete the number under this customer's name, and the customer channel status of the deleted number remains unchanged.
