How does Unicom unsubscribe from the traffic package?

You can choose the traffic packages that need to be unsubscribed through the online business hall of China Unicom-Inquiry-I have ordered-self-service unsubscribe.

If self-service cannot be unsubscribed, you can unsubscribe in the following ways:

Log in to the online business hall of China Unicom, and click the floating window on the right > Customer Service > Manually enter online customer service consultation/feedback;

Log in to China Unicom APP > Services > Customer Service > Online Customer Service > Transfer to Labor, and enter online customer service consultation/feedback;

Wechat login binds "China Unicom Micro Hall" > turns to manual, and accesses online customer service consultation/feedback.
