Your request for instructions on who should bear the liability for damages after the accident of stolen motor vehicles has been received. After study, the reply is as follows:

If an accident is caused by the use of a stolen motor vehicle and material losses are caused to the victim, the actor shall be liable for damages according to law, and the owner of the stolen motor vehicle shall not be liable for damages.
