You can't. Wechat temporarily does not support sending messages to mobile phones without WeChat.

At present, WeChat can only be sent to WeChat friends, and the reception is also received on the other WeChat. This can be received through mobile phone WeChat or computer webpage WeChat. Non-friends cannot send chat messages, but they can send verification messages. Or, if qq is installed in the other party's mobile phone, you can use the QQ assistant in WeChat to send WeChat information to the other party's QQ.

Tencent also has a product, qq, which can now send text messages to mobile phones through members, but WeChat has not yet enabled this function. I think Tencent should consider opening similar functions in the future if customers have demand.
