The People's Bank of China has decided that the remaining ordinary commemorative coins and banknotes of the 24th Winter Olympic Games will be redesigned for the first time. We will provide re-appointment exchange service for winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic currency in some areas. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Distribution Mode and Region

Second, the term of appointment and the way of appointment

The online booking time is from 22:30 on February 1 1 to 24:00 on February 13. During this period, the public can make an appointment through our online channel.

February 12 to February 13, 2022 is the on-site appointment period, and the Xizang Autonomous Region public can make an appointment in person at our offline outlets:

1. official website reservation: Please click to enter the "Commemorative Coin Reservation" system and fill in the corresponding information according to the page prompts;

2. Mobile banking reservation: Please download and install the latest mobile banking client software, click the "Life" channel, select the "Commemorative Coin Reservation" function, and fill in the corresponding information according to the page prompts. Citizens do not need to register and log in to reserve commemorative coins through mobile banking;

3. Micro-banking reservation: WeChat pays attention to the official account of "China Bank Micro-banking", clicks the "Micro-service" function menu, selects the "Commemorative Coin Reservation" function, and fills in the corresponding information according to the page prompts;

4. Appointment of outlets: Please know the appointment of outlets designated by the Bank in Xizang Autonomous Region in advance, click on the function module of "Commemorative Coin Appointment" system to make an inquiry and make an appointment as soon as possible.

Three. Verification period and verification method

The verification period of winter Austrian currency and winter Austrian currency is from February 16 to February 17, 2022.

According to Announcement No.26 of the People's Bank of China [20 19]: "The public can only make an appointment with the original second-generation resident ID card at the business outlets of banking financial institutions. After the appointment period, the People's Bank of China will inquire about the public's appointment information. The verified public can exchange it normally. If the public uses the same original second-generation resident ID card to make an appointment at two or more banking financial institutions, it will not pass the verification and cannot be exchanged. After the reservation period is over, we will send the public reservation details to the ordinary commemorative coin verification system of the People's Bank of China. After receiving the feedback of the comparison result, update the public's reservation status in the bank reservation system and send a short message to the public. Please check whether your mobile phone number is correct when making an appointment, or you can log in to the original appointment interface to check the appointment status.

During the verification period, citizens who fail to pass the verification will go to the business outlets to make an appointment with the original second-generation resident ID card for registration, and handle the business of making an appointment to exchange qualifications. After the verification in our business outlets is correct, we will apply to the People's Bank of China to reserve the exchange qualification and cancel the duplicate records.

Four. Redemption period and redemption method

The exchange period of winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic currency is from February 18 to 24, 2022. During this period, the person who has successfully made an appointment will go to the business outlet where the appointment is registered with the original valid second-generation resident ID card, and the reservation for the winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic banknotes that have not been exchanged during the exchange period will be invalid. Since the exchange period includes weekends, please pay attention to the opening hours of exchange outlets to avoid affecting the exchange.

Please note: according to the work arrangement of the local people's bank, the exchange period of Hunan Winter Olympic currency and Winter Olympic currency is extended, and the exchange time is set at February 18 to 28.

1. Winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic banknotes are reserved in sets, and each person's reservation exchange limit is 20 sets.

2. The valid identity documents for appointment and redemption are the original second-generation resident identity cards.

3. Only one valid appointment is allowed for each person, and repeated appointments are invalid.

4. The reserved exchange quota of each designated outlet is limited, and it is on a first-come-first-served basis.

5. After making an appointment, you must check it through the verification system and feed back the verification results of our bank before you can receive the SMS notification of whether the appointment is successful or not.

6. After the verification of the verification system, the successful reservation must be redeemed at the designated outlets with the original second-generation resident ID card registered in advance, and the SMS will not be used as the redemption voucher.

7. If you collect it on your behalf, you must exchange the original of the second-generation resident ID card registered by yourself with the recipient at the time of appointment, and the number of recipients shall not exceed 5.

8. Redemption can only be completed once, not several times.

9. If it is not redeemed within the redemption period, or if it is not redeemed as required, it shall be deemed as automatic waiver.

10. If the original second-generation resident ID card is lost or the minor fails to apply for the second-generation resident ID card, it can be handled with the original household registration book and temporary resident ID card.

Special note for intransitive verbs: Please observe the local epidemic prevention policies and the epidemic prevention requirements of outlets when making on-site reservation exchange.
