The method and detailed operation steps are as follows:

Preparation tool: mobile phone client.

1. First, click the mobile client software to enter the homepage, and click the "Open Business" function module, as shown in the figure below.

2. Secondly, after opening the "Opened Business" function module, the "Basic Business" page will be displayed by default, as shown in the figure below.

3. Finally, click "Value-added/Monternet Service", so that you can see the broadband package we ordered, and click "Unsubscribe", as shown in the figure below.
