How does Unicom recruit?

China Unicom generally conducts campus recruitment once a year. Details are as follows:

Recruitment target: full-time undergraduates, master students and doctoral students who graduated from ordinary colleges and universities in the country that year; Overseas students (note: fresh graduates need to obtain corresponding degrees).

Recruitment position: According to the campus recruitment plan of China Unicom Group headquarters and subsidiaries, including but not limited to: technical, marketing, comprehensive support and other positions.

Written interview: Written interview is organized by China Unicom Group Headquarters and its subsidiaries. For students who enter the written test and interview, each employer will notify them by email or SMS.

Sign Tripartite Agreement: China Unicom Group Headquarters and its subsidiaries determine the employment list according to the interview results, and inform students to sign Tripartite Agreement. The specific time for signing the tripartite agreement is determined by each recruitment unit according to the recruitment progress of their respective campuses.
