Baidu Health's Operating Steps

When searching for certain words to express a clear intention to find a hospital, the search results page will display the hospital list information compiled by Baidu Health for users.

Step 2: Online consultation

Click the "online consultation" link next to the name of the hospital in the search results, and users can communicate directly with the selected hospital online.

Step 3: Make an appointment online.

During the consultation dialogue, users can click the "Online Appointment" button to make a quick and safe appointment.

Step 4: Make a successful appointment and come to see a doctor.

After submitting the reservation form, the hospital will confirm it soon and return the check code to the user (in the form of SMS and hyperlink). Users can come to the hospital with the check code.

Step 5: Comment and feedback.

Users can reply by SMS after seeing a doctor, log in to "My Appointment" or search the comment page of the hospital, and click "Comment" to rate and comment on the hospital. Comments will directly affect the hospital's ranking in search results, the hospital's star rating in search results, and all user comments on the hospital review page.
