2. Those who entered (returned) with a history of living in a low-risk area within 7 days were monitored for 3 days. Besides the "landing inspection", nucleic acid detection was conducted twice every 24 hours (3 inspections every 3 days). During this period, people should avoid taking public transport and attending gatherings such as dinners and parties. If yellow code management is not implemented, transcoding will be carried out after the completion of nucleic acid detection frequency.

3. For drivers and passengers of vehicles entering (returning) goods from outside the province: continue to adhere to the prevention and control measures such as "five days and five inspections" and point-to-point contactless goods handover after entering (returning) goods.

4. For close contacts and entry personnel, the medical observation measures of "5-day centralized isolation and 3-day home isolation" shall be implemented, and red team shall be managed during the isolation period, and they shall not go out. The 1, 2, 3 and 5 days of centralized isolation medical observation were tested for 1 nucleic acid, and the 1, 3 days of home isolation medical observation were tested for 1 nucleic acid, which did not meet the conditions of home isolation. The first landing point has completed the medical observation measures of "5 days centralized isolation and 3 days home isolation", and there will be no repeated control.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.

Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
