Volunteer application method

(1) Individual Registration Method

Individual applicants shall register their real names with their valid identity documents, including but not limited to: China citizen identity cards, passports, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the mainland, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, etc. Fill in the personal information correctly and submit it online according to the online registration tips.

: conditions for recruiting volunteers

1. Abide by the laws and regulations of China, volunteer for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics, and accept the guidance and management of BOCOG;

2. He has reached the age of 1 8 years before 2022 (that is, he was born on or before 2004 1 year) and has the physical conditions and health qualities required for voluntary service;

3. Have the basic knowledge and skills required for volunteer service positions;

4. Be able to communicate in Chinese or English;

5. Seriously participate in pre-competition training and provide volunteer services to meet the operational needs of Beijing Winter Olympics or Paralympics.

: Preferential employment conditions

1. Volunteer service to participate in the "Meet Beijing" series of winter sports events;

2. Being able to provide volunteer services for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games;

3. Have certain professional knowledge and skills, including but not limited to: interpretation and translation services, medical services, driving services, information technology support, etc.

4. Other personnel urgently needed for Games-time operation support.

Employment process

(1) Qualification examination. BOCOG and its authorized or entrusted institutions will review the qualifications of Olympic volunteers.

(2) Test selection. BOCOG and its authorized or entrusted institutions use on-site testing and remote testing to select the best volunteer candidates for the Games.

(3) Pre-allocation of posts. Under the premise of fully considering the volunteers' personal wishes, BOCOG and its authorized or entrusted institutions will allocate service posts for volunteers, determine the arrival time and communicate with volunteers themselves.

(4) employment. BOCOG will issue employment notices to those who are confirmed as Olympic volunteers.

The recruitment of Universiade volunteers will be completed before September 30th, 20021.

(5) Postal services. With the employment notice and valid personal identification documents, the volunteers of the Games will participate in pre-competition training, sign a commitment letter for volunteer service, register and receive uniforms and other materials at the designated time and place, and then take up their posts to provide volunteer service.

Games-time volunteers who provide services in non-competition venues, training venues and other venues and facilities generally work from 7 days before the official opening to 3 days after the closing of relevant venues and facilities (after the closing of the Winter Paralympics 1 day).

Games-time volunteers with special posts can flexibly arrange appointment time.

During the Games-time, the service time of volunteers during the Games-time is generally no more than 8 hours per day. When the service lasts for several days, you can arrange a vacation.

Volunteers who work outdoors for a long time may change their positions according to the situation.
