The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:1.From 0: 00 on April 9, except for vehicles on duty such as law enforcement, medical rescue, fire rescue, communication guarantee, emergency repair, and vehicles issued by the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters to ensure supply, people's livelihood and production, traffic restrictions will be imposed on all vehicles, and driving on the road is strictly prohibited. Second, for residents who need to go out under special circumstances, they need to apply to the local village neighborhood Committee, community or industry authorities, and the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters can issue a pass before they can pass. 3. The public security organ will take electronic equipment to take photos on the spot, collect evidence of vehicles driving on the road in violation of traffic control, and will punish them according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. Those who disobey management and resist law enforcement will be severely punished by public security organs according to law. 4. The time for lifting the temporary traffic control will be announced separately.
