2. It is the local mobile and China Unicom that limit the network traffic and time and block the content. Please pay special attention to this. In fact, this is the reason in most cases. Because the sales policies of mobile companies and China Unicom are different, the billing and settlement are very different.

3. Rule out the factors of mobile phone shutdown or extended downtime, and then check whether your mobile phone card will be blocked by operators such as China Mobile or China Unicom, because there is a speed limit for mobile companies to send text messages at present. If more than 100 SMS messages are identified as SMS advertisements within an hour, the number will be blocked. Poor regional signal or mobile phone quality problems can also lead to the failure to receive short messages. Nowadays, many smart phones also have the function of blocking strange short messages.
