Why doesn't Huawei's mobile phone call ring?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone, you can check the operation by the following methods:

1. All incoming calls will not ring.

(1) Check whether the Do Not Disturb function is turned on.

Please open the settings, search and enter Do Not Disturb. If this function is turned on, the ringing tone will be muted for a set period of time. Please turn off this feature.

(2) Check the ringtone volume.

Please open Settings > Sound and Vibration/Sound, turn up the ringtone volume and try again.

(3) Check whether the ringtone is set to none.

Please open Settings > Sound and Vibration/Sound, and click to see if none is selected for ringtone. If there is no choice, please choose the appropriate ringtone.

(4) Did you touch the volume button or "SMS" or "Reminder" in the incoming call interface by mistake?

If you touch the volume up and down keys and the "SMS" and "Reminder" on the call interface, there will be no ringing in this call, which is a normal design.

(5) Check whether there is sound when playing music.

Please play the music and try to see if there is any sound. If there is sound, please restart the device and try to solve it.

(6) Check whether the watch/bracelet is connected and whether the "incoming call voice broadcast" function is turned on.

Please open Settings > Smart Assistant > Smart Voice > Voice Control Call. Click View to open the incoming call voice broadcast function. I suggest you choose not to broadcast it and try again.

(7) Restore all settings

If the above operation does not solve your problem, please restore all settings and try again. Operating Steps: Open the settings, search and click Restore All Settings, and complete the operation of restoring all settings according to the mobile phone prompts.

Reminder: Restoring all settings will clear the screen lock password and fingerprint, and delete settings such as Bluetooth and WLAN connection records. EMUI5.0 and before will delete the data of WeChat avatar. It is recommended to use the chat record migration function that comes with WeChat for data migration and backup.

2. Only a few contacts don't ring when calling.

If a single contact doesn't have a ringtone, you may have set the personalized ringtone for that contact to None. You can click the ringtone on the contact details page to see if the ringtone setting is normal.

3. Under certain circumstances, the incoming call will not ring.

It is normal for some fixed scenes such as recording, shooting videos, and WeChat video calls to have no ringtones.

4. When playing the game, there is no bell.

If the message Do Not Disturb function is turned on in the application assistant/game assistant, in order to reduce the disturbance to the game, the incoming call will not ring or vibrate when playing the game. You can enter the settings search application assistant or open the game assistant app, click the button in the upper left corner of the game space to enter and close the message Do Not Disturb function.

Some mobile phones do not have application assistants/game assistants, please refer to the actual situation;
