1. Actively participate in nucleic acid testing. Residents and friends are requested to actively participate in nucleic acid screening. According to street and community notifications, at least one nucleic acid test must be completed between October 9 and 11. The frequency of nucleic acid testing for personnel in risk occupations and key locations shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations or notices.

2. Strictly carry out personal protection. Residents and friends are requested to strengthen personal protection, wear masks, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, maintain social distance, take the initiative to get vaccinated, take the initiative to scan the "Hunan Place Code" when entering public places, and cooperate with checking the "Travel Code".

3. Reduce the gathering of people. Do not organize gathering activities unless necessary, do not go to crowded places unless necessary, and encourage weddings to be postponed, white weddings to be kept simple, and other activities not to be held. All types of gathering places and public places at all levels must strictly implement normalized epidemic prevention and control requirements, and guide and urge residents to wear masks, check double codes and other epidemic prevention measures.

4. Reduce inter-city travel. The general public is encouraged to reduce cross-city travel and avoid non-essential travel to areas with medium and high risk areas or areas with local community transmission of the epidemic.

5. Strictly implement the "inspection on arrival" epidemic prevention measures. All visitors from other provinces should report in advance, bring a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours before entering, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention measures such as on-the-ground nucleic acid testing and health examinations at transportation stations and entrances to the city. After arrival, implement "two tests in three days", that is, conduct two nucleic acid tests on the 1st and 3rd days. Do not participate in gathering activities, do not go to crowded places, and avoid taking public transportation before the nucleic acid results are available on the 3rd day. tool.

6. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures. People with red and yellow codes, and those who have traveled to domestic medium and high-risk areas or have a history of traveling to local epidemic areas within 7 days, or who overlap with the announced case trajectory in time and space, must immediately report to the village, hotel and unit where they are located, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures. Those who intentionally conceal, lie or fail to report their personal itinerary and health status in a timely manner, or refuse to cooperate with epidemic prevention and control efforts, resulting in adverse consequences, will be held accountable in accordance with the law.

7. If you have fever, cough and other suspected symptoms, please go to the fever clinic of a designated medical institution for medical treatment in a timely manner, and actively cooperate with relevant departments in investigation, isolation, diagnosis and treatment.
