Is SMS charged by article or by number of words?

Hello, messages are charged by the article, but there is a word limit for each message.

The number of short messages is 70 words each. If the pure Chinese characters are 70 Chinese characters (including punctuation marks); If it is pure English, it is 140 English letters (including a punctuation mark; If there are both Chinese characters and English, 70 Chinese characters are charged as a short message, and an English letter or punctuation mark is also regarded as a Chinese character.

If the number of words in this short message is more than 70 words and less than 140 words, it is counted as sending two short messages;

More than 140 words and less than 2 10 words are counted as three short messages.
