How to unlock bl lock?

Please refer to the following operation methods if you forget your password:

Case 1: Forget the screen lock password, but you can use your fingerprint or face to enter the desktop.

1. After backing up the data, please connect to the network, enter the mobile phone cloud service-log in the account-find the device-open "Find the mobile phone", open the vivo cloud service with another mobile phone or computer ()-enter the password of the vivo account-find the mobile phone-clear the mobile phone-click "OK" to reset the mobile phone and clear all the data, thus clearing the screen lock password.

Case 2: Forgot the screen lock password, unable to enter the desktop.

1. In the password input interface, the screen lock password is entered incorrectly for five consecutive times, and the screen has the option of "Forgot Password". Click "Forgot Password" to fill in the previously set secret answer for verification and modify the screen lock password;

If you forgot to lock the screen and turn on the device search function before, you can try to use another mobile phone or computer to open the vivo cloud service ()-enter the password of the vivo account-find the mobile phone-clear the mobile phone-click "OK" to reset the mobile phone and clear all the data, thus clearing the screen lock password.

Note: If mobile phone search is turned on and the network is stable, you can go to the vivo cloud service webpage-search mobile phone for "data backup" (only data such as contacts, short messages, schedules and notes can be backed up, but pictures and videos are not supported).

2. If there is no "Forgot Password" option, and the device search function has been turned on before, you can try to use another mobile phone or computer to open the vivo cloud service ()-enter the password of the vivo account-find the mobile phone-clear the mobile phone-click "OK" to reset the mobile phone and clear all data, thus clearing the screen lock password.

Note: If the search mobile phone is turned on and the network is stable, you can go to the vivo cloud service webpage-search mobile phone for "data backup" (only data such as contacts, short messages, schedules and notes can be backed up, but pictures and videos are not supported);

If the data cannot be cleared through the cloud service, please bring the equipment, ID card and purchase voucher to the vivo customer service center for processing.

Waiting strategy for entering screen lock password:

1, the number of wrong screen lock passwords is before 30 times, so wait for 30 seconds before unlocking;

2. The number of incorrect screen lock password input is between 30 times and 140 times, and the longest time will increase to about 17 hours for each input;

3. If the password for screen lock is entered incorrectly for more than 140 times, the time for re-unlocking is one day.
