What if the US Mission fails to deduct the money immediately?

Explain that there is no money in the bank card or the US Mission balance, just make up the money.

If automatic deduction is selected, the system will make the first deduction at around 7: 00 on the repayment date. If the first deduction fails, the user will be notified by SMS, and the repayment can be made again through the repayment link provided in the SMS.
