Why is Russia's foreign trade risky?

Russia's foreign trade risks are mainly reflected in four aspects:

1. From the perspective of international relations, the west has increased sanctions against Russia, and political risks have led to an increase in insurance rates. Although Russia's domestic politics has remained stable, its economic growth rate has obviously slowed down.

There is a big gap between the rich and the poor in Russia. Although there are many middle classes, the definition of middle class in Russia is different from that in western countries. A large number of Russian middle class are actually Russian government officials. In 20 13 years, Russian government departments supported 50% of the domestic economy.

3. Russia is a semi-closed market with strong national pride and prevailing trade protectionism. In addition, the government is inefficient and bureaucracy is prevalent.

4. The United States sanctioned Russia, the ruble depreciated, and the purchasing power declined, which directly affected domestic foreign trade exports, and many final payments were delayed due to exchange rate fluctuations.
