What does it mean when I receive a retrial notice from the High Court for private loans?

It is clear that the original judgment contained errors. According to the People's Court of the People's Republic of China and the State Council, The Civil Procedure Law stipulates that a retrial should be conducted.

If upon review it is deemed that the conditions for retrial are met, a ruling shall be made and the case shall be retried. After the People's Court files the case, it will serve a notice of acceptance of the case to the applicant for retrial.
