2. To dial 10086, you need to enter the service password. If you use a foreign number to dial 10086 in the province, you need to dial the area code of the province. If you do not know the service password, you can provide the user's detailed personal information. Hang up.

3. Report loss via text message: send GS (space) mobile phone number (space) user password to 10086.

Apply to report the loss

After applying to report the loss of a mobile phone, China Mobile will charge for the loss report service. After the customer reports the loss, the customer will continue to report the loss as long as there is a balance in the mobile phone card. status.
