China Bank SMS verification code cannot be received overseas.

China Bank uses mobile phone transaction code overseas:

1. When mobile phone users of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom roam in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas, most countries and regions can receive short messages sent in China. Please consult the mobile operator to which your mobile phone number belongs for the specific coverage area and charging standard. At present, China Bank does not provide mobile phone transaction code service for customers who use the services of overseas mobile operators.

2. If you need to go abroad for a long time, you can bring the bank card/passbook of China Bank for opening personal online banking of China Bank and the valid identification documents for opening the bank card/passbook to any branch of China Bank in China, and apply for personal E shield of China Bank as your authentication tool for opening personal online banking of China Bank. Personal Bank of China E Shield can complete the transaction without entering the mobile phone transaction code for security authentication. If you insist on canceling the personal mobile phone transaction code of China Bank, you must call back the customer service hotline of China Bank at 86 1095566 by overseas phone after going abroad to try to cancel it.
