Why can't the computer on the mobile phone display?

Use Samsung mobile phone as a USB flash drive to connect computers and transfer files such as songs and photos. The specific connection method is as follows:

1. First, install Kies software on your computer. If Kies software is not installed on your computer, you may not be able to connect because there is no mobile phone driver.

Download and install Kies synchronization software. After installation, you don't need to open this software. If your mobile phone uses Android 4.3 system, please download and install the version of Kies3.

2. After the mobile phone is connected to the computer, the removable disk will be displayed in My Computer for use.

3. If you still can't connect, you can try to reinstall the device driver through the Kies software tool; Select MTP device through the drop-down menu at the top of the phone screen.
