What should I do if I forget JD.COM's financial password?

Just get JD's password back. COM account. Jingdong financial account and JD.COM account are common.

1. Open the homepage of JD.COM Mall and find the login entrance. Click Login.

2. Enter the login page and enter the account number. If the account number is forgotten, enter the mobile phone number.

3. Click Forgotten Password at the bottom of the Password column.

4. Enter the mobile phone number and verification code, and then click Next.

5. The verified JD.COM account name bound to the mobile phone number will be displayed. Click to get the mobile phone verification code.

6. Fill in the previously used delivery address and reset the new password.

7. Once the new password is set, you can return to the home page to log in.
