I lost my bank card. How to check your complete bank card number?

If it is a savings card of China Merchants Bank, you can check the card number in the following ways:

① Mobile Banking: Select "My → All → Transfer and Remittance", and select the card you need to inquire as the payee to view;

② Professional Edition: There is a professional edition and an associated card. Log in and select "One Card → Self-service Transfer → Transfer and Remittance" to view the payer's card number;

(3) Counter: The cardholder himself brings the account opening certificate to any branch of China Merchants Bank for inquiry.

If the card is lost, please call the customer service of China Merchants Bank as soon as possible, and select 4 Emergency Loss Reporting to report the loss manually and verbally to ensure the account security.

Subsequently, please bring the original valid account opening certificate to any branch of China Merchants Bank to report the loss and make up the card, which can be handled on your behalf (valid identity documents of the agent and cardholder are required). Report the loss in writing and collect the handling fee 10 yuan. After the new card is ready, the bank will inform you to get it by SMS, and you must get it in person. If you don't receive the SMS, you can return to the designated outlet to get the card after 7 days under normal circumstances.
