Why can't I get messages from others?

Mobile phones send messages, and sometimes the other party can't receive them. I suggest you refer to the following:

1. If a contact appears this phenomenon, it may be that there is something wrong with the other party's mobile phone. Suggest the other party to check the relevant settings of the mobile phone.

2. All contacts send messages with this phenomenon. I suggest you check whether the network signal is stable. You can restart your phone and try to change your location.

3. Try to replace another SIM card.

4. Standby-Applications-Settings-Application Manager-All-Open Information-Clear Data Attempt.

5. Back up data (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc. ) and restore factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore Factory Settings).
