How to handle the telecom broadband network transfer service?

Users can directly carry their ID cards to the local telecom business hall to handle the network transfer business, or log in to the online business hall of China Telecom to handle the network transfer business online. The steps are as follows:

1. Open the online business hall of China Telecom, then point to the broadband column, and then click Broadband Transfer.

2. Click to open your broadband account, then fill in the transfer information and submit it after completion. After submission, a staff member will contact you for door-to-door transfer.
